The truck comes equipped with a 4,000 pound wood-fired,
brick oven, imported right from Italy and installed via a crane onto the truck.
The truck’s oven heats up to 900 degrees F and has the capability of cooking a
pizza in 2 minutes! The EST. Pizza truck is the only one of its kind, because
it is the only pizza truck in CT that serves frozen yogurt and is a 1989 Fire
Rescue Truck driven to CT from Arizona; for the purpose of providing CT
residents with a new and exciting way of enjoying special events together.
Also, The EST Pizza truck is one of the most affordable pizza catering trucks
in CT. Lastly, This is the only pizza truck in CT that is rooted from an actual
pizza restaurant in New Haven. Like the saying goes, they not only talk the talk,
